About Our CEO

Ned Yousefzadeh, Founder and CEO of Support Bay, LLC, has dedicated his career to building a company rooted in exceptional communication, proactive problem-solving, and long-term client relationships. As the driving force behind Support Bay, Ned blends his deep passion for technology with his commitment to helping businesses thrive.

Ned holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State University, Northridge. Before founding Support Bay, he served as President of Micro League Inc. from 1989 to 2007, where he excelled in design development, project management, and strategic leadership. Under his guidance, Micro League earned recognition as the 4th fastest-growing IT company and one of the top 50 systems builders in the United States.

With extensive expertise in technology planning, server operating systems, application software, SaaS solutions, computer hardware, network design, software development, and training, Ned brings unparalleled insight into the IT challenges and opportunities facing small to medium-sized businesses. His background in business, computer networks, architecture, and engineering equips him with a unique perspective on industry trends and emerging needs.

Outside of work, Ned is a proud father to three daughters—Ariana, Ella, and Tara. In his free time, he enjoys attending concerts, exploring new cuisines, traveling, and cheering on his favorite basketball and soccer teams.
